Space in Breast Cancer from Depression & Anxiety
This programme will teach you skills to manage low mood and anxiety, following breast cancer treatment. The strategies you learn will empower you to think and feel better. You will:
- Understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
- Improve your mood by engaging in pleasant activities
- Spot your unhelpful and unbalanced thoughts, and understand how they influence your feelings and behaviour
- Learn how to challenge those unhelpful thoughts and replace them with alternatives
- Manage your breast cancer-related worries
The Space in Breast Cancer from Depression and Anxiety programme consists of seven modules. You can complete them at your own time and pace, approximately over seven weeks. Each module includes interactive and engaging tools and activities such as mindfulness exercises, journal, mood monitor.
